Gut, mind, and body reset…..
How to Reset Your Gut in 72 Hours (Without Starving or Suffering)
A gentle, doable reset for real women with real lives.
If your gut has been feeling bloated, irritated, heavy, sluggish, or like it’s plotting against you… you’re not alone.
Between stress, processed foods, hormonal shifts, antibiotics, sugar cravings, and just… life… your gut can get overwhelmed fast.
But here’s the best part:
You don’t need a juice cleanse.
You don’t need to starve.
You don’t need to live on cabbage soup and sadness, gassing yourself up.
A true gut reset can happen in 72 hours —
When you support the liver, calm inflammation, feed the right bacteria, and rest your digestion.
This is a gentle reset.
A busy-mom-approved reset.
A “I still need to function and feed everyone else” reset.
Let’s get into it.
✨ Step 1: The Busy Mom Prep (Because You Don’t Have Time for Complicated)
Here’s what you prep the day before to make the next 72 hours effortless:
1. Chop a veggie tray
Carrots, cucumbers, celery, bell peppers — basics to snack on were more prone to grab something that is readily available, and add ranch, or honey mustard, it really doesn’t hurt when making the transition.
2. Make a simple detox broth
Carrots + celery + Chicken + garlic + turmeric + lemon + honey + salt.
Simmer 20 min. Done. I make this weekly and enjoy the soup alongside a cup of rice, and it has truly helped me reset my choices when it comes to groceries and meals. Homemade broth is simply unmatched in flavor and quality, and knowing the numerous benefits has made it an essential part of my routine.
3. Make a gut-healing oatmeal jar mix
Oats + chia seeds + cinnamon + flax seeds. All of this favors our hormones as women and helps balance and reset the gut.
4. Hard-boil 6 eggs
Protein made simple.
5. Prep 1–2 easy proteins
Rotisserie chicken or baked salmon makes a quick and tasty meal. My local butcher always has rotisserie chickens ready, so I often buy from there. I also use these chickens to make homemade broth, which is cheap and easy. I rarely buy meat from grocery stores now because we have great butchers nearby. Supporting local farmers and craftsmen is important. I encourage everyone to shop locally to help our community. I did a report a year or so ago about how only 2% of our food comes from our local farms, and there are very few left. I want to be part of making it a come back that we know what’s in our food. Espescially since cambells proved they are only about profit and not quality. We shouldn’t keep turning a blind eye to it and saying how convenient it is so great when it’s actually making us sick, poor, and big backed.
6. Have a fermented food on hand
Pickled carrots, kimchi, sauerkraut — your gut will love it.
7. Set your skincare ritual out
Your inside detox boosts your outside glow.
More on that below.

✨ Why Your Skincare Matters During a Gut Reset
Your gut and your skin are best friends.
When one is inflamed, the other screams.
During a gut reset, your body naturally pushes out toxins — and your skin is one of the main exit routes.
Using clean, botanical skincare during this time:
supports detox instead of blocking it
helps the skin barrier stay calm
reduces inflammation-related breakouts
nourishes with vitamins instead of chemicals
supports lymphatic flow
This is exactly why your blends work so beautifully with gut-healing routines — the herbs, oils, and non-toxic ingredients help the inside progress show on the outside.
Skin becomes:
✨ brighter
✨ clearer
✨ more even
✨ less inflamed
A healthy gut + clean skincare = a glow that’s impossible to fake.
✨ Want a Gentle Detox Boost?
Your skincare blends pair perfectly with this reset — especially anything with:
calendula
chamomile
lemon or citrus
vitamin C
castor oil
lymphatic herbs
These help your liver + skin work together while you reset your gut.
