All Natural Fruit Powders…..

🍓 Why Raspberry & Pomegranate?

Both fruits are rich in vitamin C, ellagic acid, and polyphenols — compounds that protect your cells from free radicals, brighten dull skin, and improve collagen production.

  • Raspberry: Promotes even skin tone and helps repair UV damage.

  • Pomegranate: Stimulates keratinocyte growth (the cells that renew your skin) and supports hormonal balance, improving hydration and elasticity.

Combined, they deliver a nutrient-packed punch that benefits your skin, hair, and overall glow.

🌿 How to Make Fruit Powder at Home

You’ll Need:

  • 1 cup fresh raspberries

  • Seeds from 1 large pomegranate (or ½ cup pomegranate arils)

  • Parchment paper or dehydrator sheets

  • A dehydrator or oven set to low (around 120–150°F)

  • Blender or coffee grinder

  • Fine mesh strainer

Instructions:

  1. Prep the Fruit: Rinse your fruit thoroughly and pat dry. Remove as much moisture as possible.

  2. Dehydrate:

    • If using a dehydrator: Spread the fruit evenly and dry for 6–8 hours until crisp.

    • If using an oven: Line a tray with parchment, spread fruit in a single layer, and bake at the lowest setting for 4–5 hours, checking occasionally.

  3. Cool and Grind: Once completely dry, blend the fruit into a fine powder using a high-speed blender or grinder.

  4. Sift: Pass through a fine mesh sieve to remove any large pieces.

  5. Store: Keep in an airtight glass jar, away from moisture and sunlight. It’ll last up to 6 months.

🌸 How to Use Raspberry–Pomegranate Powder

1. In Food & Drinks

  • Stir 1 teaspoon into smoothies or yogurt for a burst of antioxidants and color.

  • Mix into pancake or muffin batter for a pink hue and fruity flavor.

  • Add to teas, lemonades, or infused water for natural sweetness and vibrance.

2. In Skincare

  • Lotion Boost: Add ½ teaspoon per 4 oz of lotion for a vitamin-rich brightening blend that improves skin tone.

  • Body Oil: Whisk a pinch into almond or jojoba oil for a light tint and antioxidant boost.

  • Body Scrub: Mix 1 tablespoon with sugar, honey, and a few drops of lemon oil for a glow-enhancing scrub.

  • Face Mask: Combine 1 teaspoon powder with aloe vera or yogurt for a gentle exfoliating mask that improves dullness and uneven texture.

  • Hair Mask: Add 1 tablespoon to coconut oil and apply to hair for 20 minutes to boost shine and scalp circulation.

✨ Pro Tip: Infuse It in Your Shop Blends

In my shop, you can customize your own fruit-infused lotion or scrub, choosing natural ingredients like raspberry and pomegranate that enhance brightness, balance, and hydration. Each product is formulated to feed your skin nutrients that actually stay, not wash away.

Because the secret to true radiance isn’t in the chemicals — it’s in the fruits that already know how to glow. 🍓💖
